I’ve always joked about Batman being an American Ninja weeaboo. In essence, that’s all he is. Now, the joke has been taken a step further. Bruce Wayne has been sent back into Feudal Japan to fight the Demon King Joker. It’s the stuff of fan-fic wet dreams. The story itself is really insane but the animation and art direction is very beautiful. I’m very intrigued by this animated film. DC has a pretty strong pedigree with their cartoon adaptations. Now, being translated into an anime will be a new frontier. Marvel have had a weird history with anime adaptations. The only Marvel anime that I found to be tolerable was the X-Men anime. Hopefully this film will be just as great as some of their other works in the past. Take a look at the new trailer below:
