SNK Unveils The KOFXV Animated Short By Masami Obari

Famed Anime Director Masami Obari has finally reunited with SNK to produce an anime short for King of Fighter XV. We reported about this nearly a year ago when it was first announced. His signature art style is classic 90’s anime with a modern polish and presentation. The last time Obari worked on an SNK property was his Fatal Fury animated trilogy back in the 90’s. It is good to see him back at the helm. His movies have had a cult following since their release almost 30 years ago. I would love if Obari was asked to create a feature film for King of Fighters in the future.
