Linn Kurosawa has been neglected by Capcom for far too long. It’s about time she got into a proper fighting game, even if it has to be an unofficial fan project. That’s not to say it’s not a quality product, it’s just unfortunate that Capcom is too focused on Street Fighter 6 to care about anything else right now. Thankfully, the team behind Sega vs Capcom took up the challenge to add her.
She looks amazing. The 3D-as-2D aesthetic they’re going for really works for her. Her moveset reminds me of Jill from MVC2, which is a good thing. The gameplay looks even more polished than in the last trailer, too. I can’t wait to get my hands on it and run Linn, Batsu, and Vyse through their paces. Season 1 will be available at this year’s DreamCon.
