Inspired by Squaresoft‘s underrated sword-fighter Bushido Blade, Slice, Dice & Rice offers a similar experience in 2D. Players will parry, clash and slice their way to victory. Only thing is, there are no life bars. Yes, you will have to rely on visuals cues to figure out how much damage you’ve taken to limbs and body parts. But some attacks can be fatal costing you your life. One surefire way to victory is to behead someone. It’s a rather bloody and gruesome game. It’s deceptively simple playstyle is akin to games like Divekick. Check out the Greenlight trailer below:
