NIS America just released a brand new trailer detailing a bit more story for Ys IX Monstrum Nox. It looks like Adol’s adventures have finally caught up with him. Adol is being accused of being an imperial spy and other offenses. Now, Adol is trapped on this prison island of Balduq. He also gets involved with a shady bunch of misfits known as the Monstrum. They each have supernatural powers centered around an animal. It seems like this game will be full of intrigue and mystery. Who would frame Adol? I guess we’ll find out February 2, 2021 when the game is released on Playstation 4.
