Today we’re finally talking about the highly anticipated final DLC of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass, which is set to launch on April 25 for the Nintendo Switch.
In Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass Vol. 4 – Future Redeemed, players will join a cast of new and familiar characters in an original story scenario that connects all three installments in the Xenoblade Chronicles series. And that’s not all – Future Redeemed also features new battle mechanics, such as Unity Combo, where two characters can attack in unison. This is going to be a gamechanger for Xenoblade fans and we can’t wait to see how players utilize these new mechanics in battle.
But there’s more news: The Pyra + Mythra 2-pack amiibo figures will also be released on Friday, July 21. By scanning the Pyra amiibo in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, players can change the appearance of the sword for Noah’s Swordfighter class to match Pyra’s Aegis Sword. And when scanning the Mythra amiibo in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, the sword for Noah’s Swordfighter class will match Mythra’s Aegis Sword. The Aegis sword weapon skins can be used by all players after meeting a condition with a patch that will be released in the future.
The developers have also announced new Noah and Mio amiibo figures, which will surely excite collectors and fans of the series. While we don’t have more information about these figures yet, we’re definitely keeping our eyes peeled for more news.
