SquareEnix just released the first official trailer for the upcoming remaster Star Ocean First Departure R. This remaster of the PSP remake will host a bevy of new features including a brand new English voice cast (and Japanese voice over as well), new character portraits and enhanced visuals. You’ll be able to toggle between the new and old Japanese audio. Plus, a speed 2x feature to allow you to quickly traverse the dungeons.
Star Ocean First Departure R charts a course for December 5, 2019 for the Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
