
Rocket Panda Games announced that they will be bringing Phantom Breaker to the west (finally) as Phantom Breaker: Omnia. Phantom Breaker was originally released in Japan in 2011. The 2D Side Scrolling Beat-Em Up Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds was released in the US in 2013 and since has sold 400K copies. Phantom Breaker Omnia will be a “massive update” to the nearly decade old game. Since its release in 2011, it’s seen several major updates. This update will include two new characters, dual audio, a massive balance update to the roster, a new remixed soundtrack and more.
Phantom Breaker Omnia will be released in 2021 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, Switch and Steam with a physical released by Limited Run Games on Switch and PS4. Check out the announcement trailer below:
