Warner Bros announced today that the highly request Zack Snyder cut of Justice League would be released exclusively on HBOMax in 2021. Zack Snyder had to depart from filming the movie due to personal reasons with his family. Kevin Feige stepped in to finish up the movie with some resorts and requests of the film The final product received mixed reviews and was quite polarizing. I thought the movie was phenomenal, despite what the internet suggests.
Now we’ll be able to see the original vision that Zack Snyder had for the film. The cost to recut the movie is around a cool $25M. Hopefully this partnership with the newly formed HBOMax pays off for everyone. I’m excited!
