SNK has just revealed that they will be working on a brand new title in the Samurai Showdown/Spirits series for current gen consoles. The teaser trailer offered a glimpsed into the art style and gameplay. We’re definitely going to see kill moves in this game as the trailer showed them quite a bit. The game is using the Unreal Engine and it shows. The character models look very similar to the approach that Capcom took for Street Fighter V. Just from the this teaser, the game looks very polished and stylish even in its pre-alpha state. I’m sure SNK got a lot of criticism over the graphics and presentation for KOFXIV. This is definitely a gorgeous game already. Take a look at the teaser trailer below:
