Well, it looks like Aksys Games, a publisher of Under Night In-Birth, has decided to get into the indie space with their latest platformer Tin & Kuna. As the description says, its a game about two best friends who find a magical orb, break it, and unleash evil spirits. For the kind of platformer it is, the story seems pretty standard fare.
As for the gameplay, it looks like another 3D platformer, which is a space that seems to be filling up a lot more lately. Except for this one, it appears you’ll have to contend with being a ball for the game along with some power-up mechanics from nearby crystals. As far as 3D platformers go, it seems to have it all: collectibles, nice vibrant levels, some mystical trinket that shakes the gameplay up, and an…interesting looking protagonist. I think it’s worth checking out if you’re really itching for a new platformer.
Tin & Kuna will be coming out for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch. No release date yet, but we’ll be keeping an eye out for it.
